Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate Program

Become proficient in the measures, tools and techniques for achieving Lean Six Sigma for both products and services. Learn the highly successful, industry proven, DMAIC (define, measure, analyze, improve, control) methodology of Lean Six Sigma. This workshop provides detailed training on all major tools. Small class sizes and professional facilitation and project consultation from GRT’s ASQ certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt make this program a cost effective way to learn six sigma and implement projects in an organization.

Who Should Attend:
Managers and people desiring to lead the corporate lean six sigma initiative or lead / facilitate lean six sigma projects.

Duration and Fee: 20 day; $8,500 + GST

Scheduling: TWO OPTIONS:

Option 1: 20 consecutive Fridays (with appropriate modification for seasonal holidays)

Option 2: 1 week per month for 4 consecutive months

Both options allow participants to work on lean six sigma projects, do personal study and / or identify appropriate opportunities in their work environment.

Prerequisites: Most attendees are engineers, technologists or possess other professional designations (i.e. accounting, IT etc.). Additional specific skills are not prerequisite.

NOTE: Hourly and clerical employees will generally have insufficient training and skills in mathematics and analysis to successfully complete this program.
